So far, it looks as if our house of 23 years is about to be history. We accepted an offer after 12 days on the market, have made it through the inspection with VERY MINOR repair requests (completed already  ), and have had the Bank Appraiser here on Monday. Here's hoping that the buyer's and their Bank are satisfied so that we can move forward with our life in our NEW HOME! Both Judy and I WILL NOT REST EASY UNTIL THE MONEY IS IN THE BANK!Looking forward to another 23 years (or there about) in our new home. Tom and Judy |
