I like some dont stop by much anymore but saw JD,s post and found myself wishful that I still had a prowler but alas NOT but read on anyway, I have no comment on the subject but would like to try to post a picture of my current ride. Not even a Chrysler (sorry guys) block buster

Sweet Bird! A friend of mine had one when we were in high school and I have some fond cruisin memories. Good luck with it. JD, no problems mate. We all see things alittle different sometimes. That's the way it goes. Seems like you are real talenetd guy that has a lot of friends here and that is all good. Keep on keepin on. I remember back in the day when CTPROWLER was on here, we used to go back and forth with Raiders -Jets. Last week was kind of ugly but I remember you kind of gave up on those guys a while back anyhow . Anyway, I see something I don't like, I'll just keep my stuff to myself. It's what I usually do anyhow. You don't have a Prowler anymore, that sucks. I just don't think I could get used to NOT seeing my Kat out in my garage. Yeah it's not that fast and it can break. I just like lookin at it and driving it more than any car I've had. That's me. ------------------ |

I'm still, and will always be a Raider Fan. They just suck at their outlook the last 10, (or more) years or so. I was in high school and later the Army and home, when we could go hang out together with them after the games. They were part of the neighborhood. Now, to much money, way to much ego, and yes Al is getting old and it shows more and more each year. They haven't been the same for a long time. A lot of teams have changed, but football in general has slid down in integrity in my view. Geeze, even the 49ers had a guy intercept a pass and was showboating on the way to the goal, only to have it slapped away while he was not the way to the goal line. Then he had the nerve to say after " I am going to be me, that's who I am" That speaks volumes in my book as to the good of football anyway,, As for not having a Kat anymore. Well, IMO I had prettiest one out there while it was mine. And one the fastest. But when you compare horsepower per pound, you need to compare horsepower per dollar too. That was way out of line. Then you go to the hot rod guys calling these cars store bought hot rods, yada yada yada.

Besides the egos and other bs from most(not Jeter) of todays athletes, there are no more cursed fans than Jet fans. 40 years since Joe Willie sold his soul to the devil to get that Super Bowl, and I'm still waiting for another. Even though they were great rivals I always liked Stabler, Lester Hayes and all those guys. |

As for not having a Kat anymore. Well, IMO I had prettiest one out there while it was mine. And one the fastest. It was the best looking and fast, just not quite as fast as........... How many times do I have to remind ya?

jd2ksilver: Yes your car looks like it is/was a nice one. Since it is a Silver Prowler there is NO DOUBT in my mind that it is one of the fastest out there. I too have a Silver so I know first hand exactly how fast they can be. |
