77 folks have sent in their payment. Please help out the committee and get your entry in the mail as soon as possible so they can finalize things and have a lot of the mundane work completed before we get there so they are not tied up doing all the paperwork instead of mingling with the masses. |

Well at this point, it looks like we are not going to make it to Vegas. I have a criminal jury trial that was set to begin May 7 that was not previously on the case docket, and the defendant's plea agreement was not accepted by the judge yesterday, so it is going to court and I will have to be there. This setting came out of the blue a few weeks ago, but I had hopes that the little gang banger would plea guilty and be done with it, but after acting up in front of the judge yesterday, the judge rejected his guilty plea and told him he could just go ahead and face a jury. Not looking like that will change now. |

If he tries to get out of going to San Antonio next year, we're all going down, 'cause we're gonna kidnap him and take him with us if we have to. We'll tie him to the back of the monster trailer and back it all the way there. After that experience they'll force him to retire when we return, he'll be so wrenched. Then he won't have any excuses for not attending future events. |

T-Rex,,,,sounds to me like this low-life, criminal,,,,would be found guilty of the crime even w/o your testimony. Can't they take a sworn statement from you on the facts of the case? Thanks guys, I wish I could go, but now, to make my day even worse, just got a call that my younger brother's cancer has taken a turn for the worse and they have taken him off all treatments and called the family in, so I am flying out of Houston to Seattle Washington later tonite. They don't expect him to make it very much longer. What else can go wrong this week. |

Tom We we're looking forward to seeing you again and we will certainly really miss you in Vegas. but Family always comes first. We lost my younger Sister to Cancer in March. She fought hard for a year and a half. She too had been taken of of treatment at her request. She was suffering so severely we were actually grateful that she did not last very long after her decision. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We know exactly what you are going through. Then as a Law enforcement there is always duty to consider. We also always appreciate you and all of our nations police officers for all they do and sacrifice to make us safer. Rich & Linda |

I'll be at South Point this Sunday. I'll try to leave the hotel in good shape for you all when I deaprt next Saturday. A week should be enough time for me to warn the casino dealers, bartenders, wait staff and front desk about many of you and what to look out for!  Wish I would be there when the event was going on! |

Thanks all, I did make it to see my brother for three days, along with the rest of the family that came in from all over the U.S., there were 8 of us. Joe got to see us all, then passed away this morning, he was 49 years old. |
