no books, no grades, and getting paddled is voluntary .... ...since 1975 or so, I have owned collector cars of various sorts, mostly Vettes and MOPAR Muscle....from 1988 thru 1999 or so, I was involved in countless photography sessions with some of the best automotive photographers from around the world....my job was to arrange the foto shoots, invite the various cars, arrange the locations for the shoots and in general do everything but take the pictures..... ...my reward, I owned many different MOPARS/Vettes during this time span and nearly all were magazine worthy....by setting up the foto shoots, my cars were also photographed and published in many magazines and books....to this day, I hardly ever open up a big 'coffee table' car book of the sixties or seventies without finding at least one of my old cars in it, sometimes, four or five per book....still fun years later....I had cars in Car Craft, MOPAR Muscle, MOPAR Collectors Guide, Muscle Car Review etc etc....the biggest thrill was when Petersen Publishing flew one of their old timers to Indiana to shoot my entire collection...several months later I had 5 cars in Hot Rod Magazine in one issue....a photographer flew to Indiana once per year from Sweeden and I got several of my cars in magazines I can't even read....a couple of guys from Dobbs Publishing in Florida were here quite often for shoots I set up, and we had a guy from England that had been a contributor to Playboy and Rolling Stone, his name was Nicky.....Nicky was my favorite out of the lot because of his enthusiasm for automobiles in general.... ...I enjoy taking pictures of my cars and learned alot from the people I worked with thru the years...my deal for you is to pass on alot of tips and things to watch for while photographing your Prowlers or any other car....this will not be technical at all, just a good overview of taking car pictures using the tips of the trade I learned from years of working with these guys.... ...several of you are already good photographers, but most are not....my goal is to help you get some really great pictures of your toys....just like you see in the magazines.....it will be a several part series....if you want me to do this respond positive, if not, respond negatively....I don't want to type that much if nobody wants to read it
