Jim, thanks for supplying that clip to the site. I had only seen that commercial once. Now it will live on in posterity and be enjoyed by all the Prowler folks. Great contribution. |

EXCELLENT! I had never seen a Prowler commercial before, and it was worth the wait. When sales started to trickle in 2001, DC should have ran a few commercials like that to stimulate further sales.

I remember it was playing about a year before they released the Prowler. The other cars were a little dull at the time. ------------------ |

I was going to say it was in early 97 when I saw that, but I'm not sure. I know that wasn't the prototype car, but it looked to me that the rear fenders were shiney. I was trying to determine if they had the rock guards on them. I couldn't tell. I know of another commercial for the Prowler... Was the first one, I believe. They had a narrator telling a little bit about it, but didn't show the car. At the very end was a quick flash, but it was only part of the car. Kinda like they didn't want you to see it til it was released. |

Thank You Mike!!! I don't remember seeing that commercial for some reason. My question also...was that the only commercial for the Prowler? The end of this commercial stated that it was from Chrysler Canada. Brian |

Even though it's a Chrysler Canada commercial, they used a US Prowler. The Prowler had no DRLs. Rkstr |
