Just my two cents worth. Stay away from anyone selling a high dollar item with ZERO feedback. He has no track record. Also, that is a stock photo. I remember seeing it on Edmunds.com or one of the pre-owned auto sites as the photo for the prowler.

The guy has never answered my email. he says he is from Leesburg, VA United States/Richmond. Well which is it? Leesburg is nowhere near Richmond.

Leesburg is FAR from Richmond.
It is about 25 miles west nortwest of Washington, D.C.

It's on the VA side of the Potomac, just across the river from MD, about 20 miles southeast of Frederick, MD.

ebay does that sometimes. When I bought my car from ebay it was sitting in Paducah Kentucky but they listed the closest largest city as Louisville. I guess because it is in same state even though it is 4 hour drive and Nashville and St Louis are both closer. Maybe same thing with Leesburg and Richmond.
