Well its been a year and half since that great day of getting the Prowler. When I got it, it happened so fast and I needed a place to store her.

So I found out about this great storage unit from Costco's for about $100. This along with a car cover, some rocks and additional support has keep my Kat safe for over 1 1/2 years.

Now with all of that snow we had I decided to take the next steps to give my Kat and motorcycle a new home. Well In PA we have some really great AMISH people in Lancaster County that build some great items by hand. The old fashion way. And a great price too!!

Here's a link of some of AMISH work and products!
http://www.barnyardsheds.com/gallery1.html
Such nice people. I remember them all staring at our Kats last year at the Lancaster Prowler meet in August.

You may have seen some of these designs in your local area because alot of the big guys by from them and mark them up big time. A custom built 12X20 garage, coated and reinforced floors, garage door, air vents, ramp, painted to your preference, 2 windows, delivered for around $2,300. Buy direct and save!!!

While I write my new garage is being built. The funny thing is the local government. They gave me a whole lot of issues and permits required to pull it off, fire codes, a sloping floor was needed, distance from the street, coated floors meeting fire requirments for run off, and anchors to tie it to the ground. I should have just got it dropped off. But I finally got a permit.

I started prepping the land, and fellow Prowler owner JRL (JIM) is baby sitting my Kat for the week until my garage is delivered!

Phase 2 get the land ready!! Took down the old started the surface for the new. 4 in ground cement anchors and 4 tons of stone!!

OK Kat fans
On Thursday the Kat's new home should arrive!!
Final Picts to come!!!

Looking forward to seeing your new kat house Trey. It sounds like those are barely legal in PA. You have to have set some kind of record for best $100 spent on the kat. Congratulations!

You'd have never been able to put that tent here with deed restictions and city restrictions. Talk about tough.

Save the tent and when you go camping, your prowler now has a home. Now that would look cool!!!!

I'm glad you didn't keep the tent!!!Some real high winds and your kat would have needed some new paint! Nice garage for it.

Looks great Trey...........looks like a "safe house" to me!! Can't believe your "tent house" never came down on the cat with some of that crazy weather you've had. Make sure that parking sign is bolted on tightly!

We'll miss you in Niagara!
