Mine is simple, bb stands for my name Barry Brown and car is as long as I can remember I have been into cars. I crashed my first car at about 4 years old, My uncle parked his Cadillac (about a 53) in front of our house and I got in it to play pulled it out of park and it rolled about 50 feet into a neighbors mailbox. I try to avoid crashing them anymore but I still play with them a lot. Barry |

Love reading all these old stories! My story is not nearly as inventive as most. I am on a few boards and even on Yahoo and eBay as xpguy. Of course most of you know my given name is Guy. My mother had 13 children and by the time I was born she saw I was a guy and just left it at that. As for XP, after I retired from the Army a few years back, I took a job with a company in LA call XP Systems installing ATM machines. The company got its name from the term "eXtended Processing" as they were the first company to offer a system that allowed ATMs to operate after the bank had closed. In the early days of ATMs, they only worked as long as the bank was open. Since I was the "XP guy" that installed these systems, the name just fit. Have been xpguy ever since. |

Want one, because at the time I registered on the board as a member I didn't have one, I wanted one, so now that I have one, I just keep the name because it sounds rather tribal and I don't want to loose my status as a supporter and junky !!! |

My hubby, Tytanium-K, gave me this name some time after we were married--10 mins after the bewitching hour on halloween in a haunted cemetary in N. California--nearly 11 years ago! Since we were bikers and I was wanting a personal tag, he told me I was short compared to his 6'2" frame (hence, elf) and the meanest of all his 3 wives (hence, evil)--so, 'evil elf' fit! Then, when he got me the Prowler, but kept it a secret from me while I was still in Iraq, he wanted to get me another befitting personal tag, and since bikers refer to cars as cages, 'Elf Cage' really fit! I use 'evil elf' as my user name cuz it's what I've used on my email addy for many years and it's easy to remember! This message has been edited by evil elf on 10-11-2004 at 10:27 AM |

Lemme see...I own a '96 Dodge Indy Ram pickup that was a special edition of the Indianapolis "pace truck" the year (96)the Viper was the official pace car. The truck is Viper blue with white stripes down the center. My plate is INDYRAM so it sort of became something easy to remember so I became Indy96. My Kat's tag is PRWLR and the 300C has Marine Corps League plates. Pete |
