Paul, You Know we all Love you and your wife, please get strong and health, my Prayer's go out to you both. We haven't forgotten about Phil either, both of you are in our thoughts. Paul called me last night. He is doing fine. His heart is fine. Just too much stress, anxiety and sleep deprivation. It was more of an anxiety attack; fortunately not a heart attack. Doing a little R&R. Thank God!!! Now slow down, Paul, and quit worrying about whether purple is the best color!!! ------------------ This message has been edited by CJ on 04-26-2001 at 06:11 AM |

Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers. I am feeling a lot better, but still somewhat tired. I will be resting for a few days and then back to the grind stone. I guess I don't know it all as Jody says I do. Time to take it a bit slower and relaxing. You know what that means... cruising in the PRRRPL Kat! ------------------ |

Paul, Try not to lean on your own understanding but trust GOD in all you ways. You may ask ... How do I do that ... When faced with issues and you feel your chest burdened, know that you can pray anywhere you are and ask GOD to help you. Do not wait for a tragedy to happen to realize you need GOD. I find myself searching my soul more when times are hard and I hate this in me. Don't know why I have to be this way. The bible says something like " I do the things I don't want to do and do not do the things I want to do". This is the SIN in me. We all deal with issues but the important thing is how we comfront them. Listen to your wife more and know that she is your support. She is your helping mate. My wife almost always sees things I don't see. I have begun to understand how to listen to her more. I met your wife and saw much wisdom in her! Listen to her more! You cannot be all things to everyone. I try at times to be everything to everyone and always fall short. I never seem to have enough. GOD is everything to everyone and he does not fail you if you can only TRUST in him with a sincere heart. GOD knows your heart and what your motive is. Remember, what moves GOD is faith. Have faith that he will help you in your time of need and that you will not forget about him in your time of Joy. If you have a Bible, read it more often. Don't just do it to impress someone but do it because you are seeking more WISDOM from GOD. Remember, GOD sees the motive behind our actions. Believe that he is there for you as a friend. If you call on him with a sincere heart, he will not forsake you!! With all this said, I pray a quick prayer for you!! Father in the Name of Jesus, I pray for Paul and his wife, I pray LORD that you help Paul be a man of honor and integrity with his wife and those around him. I pray LORD you give him WISDOM, UNDERSTANDING, DECERNMENT, IDEAS, CONCEPTS AND INSIGHT. I pray for your peace LORD to enter his heart and his wifes heart. I rebuke sickness from Paul and his family. I pray that he may be a mighty man of GOD! I pray also LORD that you may uplift Pauls wife to stand and be strong thru these tough and uncertain times. I pray LORD for your GRACE to more abound with Paul and his wife. In JESUS name I pray .... AMEN!! Later...... ------------------ |

Get back in the drivers seat soon Paul. Hit the weight bench. Put 2 45lb plates on each side of an olympic bar and do 6 sets of 10. Good stress reliever. Build up a pump. Get the blood flowing. ------------------ |

Glad to hear you are doing better. I myself have suffered anxiety attacks for the last year due to work stress. I am on medication now so it is somewhat better. I had to just teach myself to relax and not think about work 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. It took about a year of having these attacks before I found a doctor who knew what it was, it felt like I was having a heart attack. So I know first hand how you must feel, my thoughts are with you. This just means more off time crusing with the Prowler.. give us a call and we can cruise together. ------------------ |
