Are HID legal, I really like the look

Wow, $650 is a very good price. That is by far the cheapest I have seen. And just when I told the girlfriend that I was done modifying the Prowler. She won't know the difference anyway... right? Right??

I am calling them tomorrow. This is the cheapest I have found and it looks like good quality parts.
Looks easy to install too.
