I'm here today but I don't post much anymore. My orange Prowler is in storage in Virginia and I'm overseas working.

The first responder to this thread was Mike Gatlin. I was the second responder. Ironically he is sitting right next to me right now.
Gatlins are currently homeless, we took them in. One of our neighbors had a large party today and brought BBQ ribs over earlier, to feed the homeless. Kind of a story that tugs at your heart strings, doesn't it?

Was around at the beginning ,2001, but sold Char's Mulholland with trailer & my Red in 2005 when we moved into a retirement community and didn't have enough space. Was at the 10 year reunion in Larry Lords Yellow with The West Coast Crew.I still lurk occasionally to see who is still alive...( surprised Ed is ). Sure miss the old days and a lot of you . Great times..!!

Now that officially was a long time ago!!
We were between Michigan and Florida with plans to say hey to Ed and Sandy along the way and Irma brewed up. They were kind enough to offer safe harbor for a few relaxing days. After a major canal dredging project, disassembling an Olympic size pool, a massive deforestation project, major appliance swap and rental home rejuvenation Ed and Sandy decided the storm had cleared and it was time for us to leave. We made it to Punta Gorda over the weekend and in the sage words of Dorothy, "There is no place like home!"...except we sold our condo last spring and are now seeking homeless shelters and soup kitchens until our new build is done in April.

. Mike if you run out of shelters, Carol and I have rented a place in Ormond Beach for the month of February. You are more than welcome to spend a couple of days with us. We won't make you work for you room.🔨🛠

Thanks Jeff for the generous offer. Ormond Beach in February is pretty tough to beat. Don't listen to Ed. I think he wants us to come over to help him rebuild the dike at Lake Okeechobee this winter. And that will be okay as long as we do some cool fireworks, Prowler picnic and some fine local dining hot spots it will be fun.

Jeff, do you have a hot tub? Mike spent several hours EVERY day or evening in the hot tub to recover from all of his "work".
I booted him out when I caught him drinking a diet Dr. Pepper. (Even though Karen bought them, I thought that was a disqualifying foul). lol
