I took delivery of my '01 orange Prowler about 2 weeks ago. I'm in Illinois where you are allowed 7 letters on a vanity plate. My first choice, EXTREME, was taken as were all variations (XTREEM, EXTREEM, etc). My second choice, GRRRRRR, was also taken, as were the variations (GRRRRR, GRRR). How about some good suggestions on vanity plates for the Prowler? By the way, XTREAME is available, but that kind of sucks. |

Nightprowler, no, I'll be going to Daytona Bike week the first couple of weeks in March, but when the weather breaks in early April, I'd be interested in forming a loose association of Prowler Owners in the Chicago area for poker runs, autocross, concours, etc. this summer. Let me know if you are up to it. Mike |

Nightprowler, I used to run a '67 GTO out of Henry's Drive-In at 47th & Cicero about 36 years ago, but occasionally made it up to Duke's. Once a gearhead, always a gearhead. Went by Duke's recently and it looks exactly the same. |

Mine says "PROO1ER" since all the other ones were taken. The one in the name looks more like a lower case "L". ------------------ 2000 Prowler Woodward Edition (red/black-USA) |

Butchee, Cool plate, but with a beautiful car like that you definitely need a nice license plate frame. Mike |

Butchee ... mine is high polished stainless with chrome hex mounting hardware from Harley Davidson ... looks trick and will balance the rear touch of "shiny stuff" with the front chrome grill. Gary Hardy, am up at Strat's restaurant on North Ave, just west of 83 every Friday in the summer -- huge turn out of street rods, Vette's and a Prowler or two every now and then. Fowowee, how about SUNKAT ... you know, knda like Sunkist!? Or maybe ITS GRR 8 ?? ------------------ |
