All you need to do is add some "Cracked Ice" SHIMMERS to the rear bumper and you will be an instant hit! If you really want some attention, then add the new V6 Cat emblem too. Give me a call @ 800 669 3540 to order your "Celebrity Kit" today. Jay

Paul, I'm the same way when people look at my Cat. I'm humble and often times I look the other way since I don't want to appear I'm looking at them-solution, use mirrored sunglasses. Guess you could call me a "humble bumble". Had my neighbor in the Cat for a ride and he said he didn't know how to act towards all the people looking at the car. He said he didn't know whether to look at them or look away from them. My response: if its a female under 5'4" 130 lbs.- look at them and smile. Paul, you don't see the on-lookers because you're probably looking at your wonderful wife.

I have gotten quite a few "thumbs up, wave, honks, etc". Much more when the top is down (maybe I can hear the honks better). Alot of looks as people pass.

I agree that the 16-25 crowd is more vocal/animate. But I get more old ladies actually walking up to ask me about the car. Seems they can remember when their dead husbands/boy friends had a real hot rod. I am flattered when they do so.. but a little worried about the "dead" part!

I've had the Prowler for over two years now and my observation is that there are just not as many "oohs" and "ahhs" as there were in the first year. I just think there is getting to be enough of the cars out there that people have seen 'em before and are kind of getting used to them.

We have rod get togethers 3 nights a week during the summer at different locations on Long Island. with the plethora of cars, it still amazes me that so many come up to see the yellow Cat. They check it out and almost always look at the hood badge to see what it is. Cats be cool!
