After all the bad service I've gotten, I finally found a good dealer. The dealer that I originally bought the car from did not have a Prowelr tech that had ever worked on a customer's Prowler, and so I decided to take it elsewhere and got bad treatment and so decided to go back to my original dealer. Turns out I should have went there in the first place. In the matter of two hours, I got two new headlight assemblies, a new rear wheel, and a new CD player all ordered. The headlights were not even fogged up when I brought it in, and they still replaced them with no hesitation. The wheel just has a little rough edge on it, and they replaced that with no hassle and did not try to tell me that it was just normal. An unexpected problem came when I got the car out of the garage. I had to jump it, which I expected. But, while letting it idle it stalled out. So I jumped it again and made my way to the dealer. I had to keep it in neutral at red lights to keep it from stalling, turned out I needed a new battery and would have to keep it at the dealer overnight as they didn't have one in stock. They immediately offered me a loaner car and I was soon on my way. I picked the car up then next day, NO additional miles were put on the car and the only defect I could find was a fingerprint on the drivers door. Sorry for the long post, but I'm thrilled to have finally received good service. Hopefully when I go back they will be able to fix the popping sound coming from my steering column, and the zone rep. needs to look at my cracking fender. |

Cool deal, was the wheel replaced because of chrome flaking or out of round? |

Gary, The wheel was replace because it had a rough edge on a portion of the wheel. YOu could rub your finger along the lip of the rim and feel bumps, felt like they needed to be sanded down. |
