CJ, Sandy and I stumbled on to a car show on Gratiot two years ago. Is there a performance parts place right there and a steak house across the street, or is that a different one. There was a small store selling t-shirts, model cars, fuzzy dice etc right there also. It was on Gratiot but I don't know if it was in Roseville. I thought it was about as far north of downtown Detroit as the CAAP plant. There is a golf driving range or batting cages about two block north of it, I think. |

CJ - The Scottsdale location lists Home Depot/ Best Buy parking lot? This is the McDonalds sponsored Pavillions location, every saturday night. Minimum of 200 cars, but usually 500 to 800 cars can be expected. Must have mentioned Home Depot/ Best Buy because they "lose" their parking lot spaces on saturday afternoon and evenings, .......... McDonald's contract with shopping center, actually located on Indian Reservation land, gives them exclusive permission to take over the shopping center parking lot spaces. |

Ed.......Continental Lanes is a bowling alley. The one you found is at a place called Wild Woody's Chill & Grill. They have a cruise every Sunday night. Does this look familiar? The batting cages are about 1/2 mile North of there! For an old guy, you've got a pretty good memory!!! There is a magazine that is published here called Cruis'news. It lists most regular cruise sites/nights in Michigan. It also lists special events information, like Woodward Dream Cruise. Anyone can submit any cruise event for publication. It is published monthly. They have a website that is under construction at the moment.
