We investigated metal license plate frames similar to what auto dealers use. We can get chrome-plated zinc diecast, raised letter frames with one color choice for $5.00 each with a minimum purchase of 250 plates. The price goes down as the quantity goes up. You would then have to add the shipping cost on top of this price. The total cost to purchase a frame would undoubtedly be under $10. An alternative would be a black metal frame with chrome-plated letters. You can take a look at the frames at www.autoadsales.com/prod/mframes.html If there is sufficient interest, I will front the money to order the frames. I will also handle the shipping to you. It takes approximately 5-6 weeks from the time art is approved. The general concensus is that it should have Prowler Owners Association and Prowleronline.com on the frame. We just need to decide which should be on the top and which on the bottom. We also need to make a decision on font type and color. Please let me know if you want me to proceed and what your choices are. Thanks!!!! CJ |

My vote is for the ProwlerOnline.com on the top and the Prowler Owners Association on the bottom. Chrome frame with black lettering. Put me down for 20 when you order. Any chance of getting them in time for the Grand Canyon Tour? ------------------ |

If we get a majority vote on what we want and very quickly, we can see if they can do a rush......Time is a-wasting. Make some decisions! |

Cj, I had to register so that I could make sure that I would get on the order list. I don't need as many as Larry or David, just order me 4. I also would prefer the chrome and like the black lettering. Hope this post works, its my first, but I have been with you all for at least 4 mths, just enjoying the interaction and the great site. As time goes by lets see what I can add. |

CJ, What is the price of the black frame? I agree with Larry, ProwlerOnline.com on top and Prowler Owners Association on the bottom. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Mike Krehel (edited 09-27-2000).] |

Rbadkat.........Welcome to the POA site. I'm glad I finally posted something that made it worth your while to get on here! Mike......I believe the price is the same. I will check with Bob, he was doing the research. |

Larry, I hope you meant RBAD and that you didn't mean BRAD. If you are ordering enough to cover the locals here in Sunny Calif, then CJ won't have to send any to me and I can pick themup form you. Larry, your invitation to join you on occassion has been tempting, but work and family has kept me very close to home. But when i see something I like you can bet I will be there. |

Gary, very presumptuous, I never thought of myself as a Guy. Especially funny. I was just trying to show you that I have been reading everyone's notes and feel like I fit right in. Cj, the jury is still out on picking teams, But, the fact is that it was your and Gary's and all the others that made me decide that I would involve myself. I believe you all deserve pats on the back for what you have done and will continue to bring to this site. Thanks again for making my first adventure a good one, gotta go off to Washington DC.early in the mourning for a little family reunion, for a week, hope to leave the computer behind, and then off to Tucson, Green Valley, to play some golf for another week. I will try to keep up with what's going on, its hell catching up on the goings around if you miss a few days. |

CJ, I will buy a couple of whatever you all decide. I will see if I can drum up a little interest locally by getting 5 or so and then selling them off at cruise-ins. At GC don't mention to Sandy that I stay up late, she doesn't know. hahahahaha |
