Mamadou Diallo received a frantic call from his wife. A man identified as Earl Nash forced his way into the Diallos' apartment, according to the brave husband. The intruder took off his pants and attacked Mrs. Diallo, tearing off her clothes and telling her she was about to be raped, according to reports. Mr. Diallo told police he found his naked wife in the hallway -- and saw that Mr. Nash was trying to escape. So he grabbed a tire iron and made sure that Mr. Nash would never harm another woman again. Authorities say Nash died from severe head and body trauma. Police tell the New York Daily News the would-be rapist had 19 prior arrests -- 19. In 2003 he pleaded guilty to stabbing, beating and sexually abusing a 17 year old girl. But instead of thanking Mr. Diallo for taking a predator off the streets - the police put him in handcuffs. Click here to get your primer on how to restore traditional American values! He's now charged with assault - and could face a manslaughter rap. A cheering crowd of friends and neighbors gathered outside Bronx Criminal Court after a judge freed him on his own recognizance. Neighbors are calling Mr. Diallo a good man - an upstanding citizen - who did what any husband would do. I hope the district attorney comes to his senses and drops all the charges. This man did the community a public service. Mr. Diallo should be hailed as a hero -- not a criminal.

I was thinking more like ...."and then he turned around and said he had a gun and charged forward towards my helpless wife and myself , we were scared for our lives." Just among us friends, I'm glad he killed him,he deserved it. That's the reason you're better off not making a statement until you speak to a Lawyer. LSK	As Gort said, don't talk to the police until you consult a lawyer. The only statement you should make is "I was in fear of my life. I defended myself". Who knows, could be the rapist had the tire iron. Any statement you make to the police will be used in court to help convict you.

If you do the same you could be charged with another crime. I've paid lawyers thousands of dollars in my life and they are the bottom of the barrel as far as trying to get every penny out of their client BUT you better have one if you go to criminal court.
BeWare	There is actually video of what took place. They have released the guy from jail but he still faces the possibility of some reduced charges. His neighbors hailed him as a hero. I agree. If I caught someone attempting to or raping my wife I would have probably done the same. With 19 priors why was this guy even free on the streets? Husband finds his wife and another man who are BOTH naked and husband attacks and beats to death the alleged rapist..... .....Alleged rapist (who was caught naked) can't tell his side of the story since he's now dead, and fearful NAKED wife starts screaming that she was raped...... ....Hmmmmmm....I'd say it's a little early to make a judgement.... Really?. If the sex was consensual please explain why she had to be put in the hospital to recover from her injuries. She was found naked and bleeding with her cloths having been torn off.

All this compassion for Mooooooooslims and their religion of pieces and always preaching about Tim Terdow and his infatuation/obsession w/him yet he knows what really happened here and she asked for it. He should be ashamed of some of the things he posts and even more ashamed of how he uses and abuses this site like his own personal playground yet won't donate a dime to keep this site going. God forbid he forego 1 trip to the "Package Store".
ed monahan	You are correct. You probably know more than the cops who were actually there and saw what occurred. They can check the phone records really easily. They must be extremely sharp to come up with that story together in the couple of minutes they had between a shooting and the cops arriving. I don't know what I was thinking.
