NRVOUSThe car you sold to buy your Prowler, your Prowler, and what car you think would make you sell your Prowler. I'll start
Resent Past 2009 Challenger R/T

Present 1999 Plymouth Prowler

Future 1957 Chevrolet Corvette (once the house is paid off)

beachcatI traded a couple of jet skis to help finance the prowler. I hope to never sell it.

It's such a joy to drive compared to most classics. Good on gas, modern comforts, dependable and not much to rust on her. It even smells great inside.

I would still love to add a 34 Ford (glass rod with modern features) to the fleet though. Here's the one I'm negotiating on:

NRVOUSAlways loved the 34 Fords, and that one looks sweet. I too will probably keep the Prowler it doesn't owe me much and I get so much enjoyment from her. I'd love to see the 57 Corvette next to the Prower. I guess time will tell.

prowlerFreekI sold my 2008 Pontiac G8 GT which I loved... but I finally found the deal of the century on the exact Prowler I've wanted for the last 12 years so.. the G8 had to go.

Miss the G8... but LOVE my Prowler! And to answer the question, there is no other car I would think of getting over the Prowler. It's been and always will be my dream car.

My G8 (one in the back)

99 Prowler with my son and I

WINDY CITY PROWLERI just bought the prowler in 2003.
CJAll three of my Prowlers (see my banner) were gifts (nothing sold). No other car would make me sell any of them.

------------------
CJ - The One and Only
1999 Black - PPROWLR
2002 Deep Candy Red - CJPROWLN
2002 Black California Kid Prowler - CAL KID

The Prowler makes you smile. Why? Because it's focused. It has a plot, a reason for being, a passion. It evokes the hot rod. It evokes the American Dream. This car is the human psyche.

BeWareNothing was sold to buy our Prowler. Though there are other cars that I would desire to own I just don't ever see me trading or selling the Prowler to buy something else.
Dave MillsI did not sell anything when I bought the Prowler. I do not have any plans to sell the Prowler and since my wife tells me I must sell something to buy anything else, I guess I am stuck with what I have.
TerryI bought my Prowler without trading/selling anything. I had been wanting one from the first day I saw the 1997 Prowler. Shortly after my divorce, I saw my new love at a Chrysler dealership, and purchased the Prowler that the owner of the dealership owned. I was looking for a red Prowler and saw the 1999 yellow Prowler: and had to have it.

Shortly thereafter I began to transform it more to my liking. After quite a few thousand dollars, I'm almost there.

Next modification is to get fatter rear tires (drag radials) on 17" wheels all around.

There is no car that I would trade for my Prowler. IMO the Prowler has no peers.

There may be better cars, i.e., faster, more luxurious, more plush, better handling; but, none is a Prowler
