if i catch dennis sleeping i'm going to burn half his moustache off This message has been edited by jimscool on 09-24-2004 at 06:03 AM Thats funny, but a good idea. ------------------ More 'Pumpkin' photos . . . . . More cars and other stuff New pictures in Personal Scrapbook (02/23/03) "The Prowler is not a car to go from Point A to Point B. The Prowler is the Point!" This message has been edited by pumpkin on 09-29-2004 at 09:48 AM This message has been edited by Dave Mills on 09-24-2004 at 11:46 AM the funny part is: the Prowler you saw in the background going by was Bob Goetz....it was black right? if he waits 25 years... he prob won't get the opportunity to share our treasure.... yea.... i do love my car He's the %$#@! That compares the T-bird and prowler to the Aztek and Allante. Says Prowler owners are embarrassed to own one!!!halicat i watched "my classic car " last night ... a special mopar edition and really expected to see something more than a brief glimpse of a prowler... disappointed !! one drove by in the background, for a sec but no mention of the most awesome car on the planet. whats up ? pumpkin quote:

"I may have to grow older, but I do not have to grow up!"Dave Mills I was at an event where Dennis was present and he stated that he has no interest in the kat...until it is 25 years old or more. I guess he is a "classic" kinda guy. halicat someone should tell him it doesn't have to be over 25 years old to be a classic.. its all in the interpretation ...he's missin out on a piece of automotive history...buts thats my bias opinion...i think he's got the words classic and antique mixed up.... his dead rat on his lip is neither CJ He's overrated........... Kelley Austin He must be a little like John Kerry. First he likes it then he doesn't. I had my picture taken with him at a car show in little Rock a few years ago, by my cat. He gave it a good once over and said he thought it was a really nice car. He must be a Democrat. Black Tie 161 quote:

Simonsez Fortunately or unfortunatly Dennis is my neighbor(McCuthanville, suburb of Evansville In). We worked together at Bristol-Myers Squibb for years. Did you know he has a PhD in Chemistry? Yes to all the above but at the sametime I want to defend him. He does not dislike Prowlers but teats Vipers and the likes the same way. After all he made his name and fame with the older classics. He really is a pretty nice guy just trying to make a living. I almost talked him in going to the Woodward Cruise with me. Don't be surprised if you see him at a Prowler event in the future - who knows and maybe even a spot on the show. DUSTI Bruce,
I thought you're on your way to St.Louis by now ?!?! halicat dennis does seem like a nice guy, and i was just funnin about the moustache thing ... i feel like we all have a special automobile in the prowler....an design and engineering marvel. it would be nice to receive a little credit for this and maybe recognition for all the obstacles and work the guys and gals at DC put into this project and the guts it took to make something that the public could actually obtain. Black Tie 161 gage isn't as bad as that pompous blowhard Brock yates. halicat well if thats the way he feels... maybe he has given us a mission ..... anyone have any ideas ?
