Would like to hear thoughts on options to carry luggage. I realize the trailer is available, but has anyone put a luggage rack on the trunk or used a metal luggage holder in the hitch? Appreciate the feedback!

There is usually someone on the site selling a hitch mount luggage rack. It shouldn't be a problem finding one locally. Get the fold up type.

Whatever you do, don't drill holes in your trunk lid to mount a luggage rack.

I have a fold up luggage rack that I have used for a few trips and have never had a problem with it.
