I had a sneaking suspicion that it wouldn't be real easy. Sandy had a major headache with her mom's car, after her mom passed away. The new owner lost the title before having it transferred, which meant it had to go through probate again.

Will's are sorta useless IMO. Trusts are the way to go, Revokable and Irevokable. No probate needed. Just food for thought.

Finally got through the red-tape today and got my Title changed over and two tags. Georgia tax...$840.
