This trailer is set up specifically for a Prowler. It's all steel 16 foot , tandem axle with brakes on 1 axle, chrome wheels. The trailer was reconditioned in 2012 for the Las Vegas event trip. It was stripped down and repainted with bed liner material, rewired , new LED lights installed and new tires. It has been garage stored since. The trailer carries two spares tires. It will come with a fully adjustable, top of the line aluminum receiver hitch. It also comes will all the proper tie down ratchet straps needed to tie down the Prowler to the trailer at the factory recommend points. Locks for the spare tires, ramps etc. You will need to get your own trailer brake controller installed in your tow vehicle. It can be pulled without a trailer brake controller while unloaded but I would not recommend doing so with it loaded.

During the 2012 trip we burnt out a wheel bearing on one wheel, so the bearings, hub and brakes are brand new on one wheel.

This trailer tows so nice you don't even know its behind you. In fact it pulls almost too nice. I have had flat tires and not even known it until someone flagged us down to tell us. In fact I did not know the wheel bearing had burnt out until we stopped for the night and heard a strange noise. Upon inspection the wheel was flopping around on the axle. I have pulled this trailer loaded up to 80 MPH.

It's been pulled with both a 2004 Dodge Durango and 2008 Cadillac Escalade.

I am asking $2400 for everything, all offers considered.

I purchased the trailer from Jay Harris and the following pictures were taken by Jay before he sold the trailer to me. If I get someone seriously interested I will pull it out of the garage and take current pictures. I can assure you it still looks the same except now it has LED lights and carries two spares one on top of the other.

I am selling because with my heart condition I can no longer deal with hooking it up, loading the Prowler , strapping it down and un loading etc. Plus I could use the space in my garage.

This includes an adjustable aluminum hitch similar to this one.

Also included are 4 ratcheting tie down straps and 4 axle straps.

So with all of the above included you are really getting the trailer itself for closer to $2000. I can't imagine you will ever find a better deal on a used trailer in this condition.

To answer a previous question, sorry but I don't know what the trailer weighs.

Rich, could you store the prowler on it in the garage?

I know the trailer takes up more room than a car, but at least with a car on it you get both in.
