First post as a newbie is for selling something ... perhaps an incentive that 50% of proceeds goes to POA and toward a star? That could be a new protocol for POA - just think, if it were a car, that would be a heck of a POA donation! |

I am hoping my fellow POA friends will post respectively. Sorry for that. I did mean respectfully. It doesn't matter as that has been shot to hell already. I will no longer make any comments on this matter. This message has been edited by Simonsez on 10-04-2017 at 04:42 PM |

He did. He said 50% to POA and get a star, respectively. |

I think Simonsez meant "respectfully" ... and my post was just THAT, as Silverkat points out ... with a suggestion both for the newbie and for the site. Newbie comes on board and immediately wants to sell an item - you bet! With 50% of the proceeds going to benefit POA ... I would be fine with that if it were the case and I was a "newbie". Do you feel differently Tomcat? All "respectful" opinions are welcome |

I see nothing wrong or odd about Beachkat2 post. He's been given a clean slate to work from. Prior posts are the past. It's up to Beachkat2 to keep his nose clean. No need for anyone to incite things, respectfully or not. BTW... my first post was generic. Not aimed at anyone. Respectfully yours, Tomcal This message has been edited by Tomcal on 10-04-2017 at 01:28 PM |

Welcome to this site. The item you have posted looks nice and it appears a lot of effort went into producing it. I wish you much success in selling these to those that will appreciate them. |

Thanks Andria. A little story behind them. A guy named MoMo was the artist who made the molds. He was a prowler owner back around 2004 and he attended the 2004 Canadian meet and various other local meets. I had been buying other finished plaques from him for retail and as it turns out, he developed a problem with his arm and could no longer make product. So I bought 50 of his molds, not knowing he was a former prowler owner and not knowing about the prowler molds. When he delivered the molds to my shop, he saw my prowler and we had a good chat. The prowler molds were not part of the 50 but I talked him into selling me those also... |

Yes I will Larry and for others who have PMed me, I will get back to you. I need to weigh them and the package has to be quite a bit larger so that I can protect them against breakage during shipping. |

Best to use bubble wrap and peanuts Beach ... had a similar type sculpture shipped from California (not of cars) and that was method they used. Arrived in tact. |
