There are a few people who have said they are attending the 20th anniversary event but have not booked at the hotels. If you are not going, please let me know.

The cut off date for booking the rooms at the Doherty Hotel in Clare, MI (with the discount) for the first part of the event is May 4.] After that you may still be able to get a room but not with the discount.

The cut off date for booking the rooms at the Hyatt Place hotel in Auburn Hills, MI for the Main part of the event is May 17. After that you may still be able to get a room but not with the discount. They did tell me that they have a lot of weddings coming up, so please book your room if you haven't yet.
