Since the announcement of the Walter P. Chrysler Museum being closed permanently, plans for the Prowler 20th Anniversary Reunion has had to change. The CEMA (Chrysler Employees Motorsports Association) we were partnering with for this event, is in the same "boat" that I am now with the planning of our event. We don't know if they are even going to have it this year, so I've been working very hard on alternative activities for our Reunion. As I said in the beginning, this was going to be a very casual, laid back event to bring together Prowler owners to celebrate the Prowler. I also said that I have no corporate support. Some of the venues I have looked at are not financially viable. The good news is that we have chosen some alternative activities that we are sure everyone will enjoy. The first part of the event has not changed. The main part is the only days this change has affected. I am in the process of finalizing the plans to move forward. I hope that all of you will stay with your plans for attending. It will be relaxing and lots of fun!!! |

Yep, the location is not THE important thing, the PEOPLE are. It will be fun, no matter where we gather. |

Hi CJ, our plans haven't changed. Mary Anne and I are looking forward to this trip no matter what we end up doing. The drive across the country in our Prowler is number one on the bucket list. Everything else is just icing on the cake as far as we're concerned just as long as we get to see the friends we made last year in Shipshewana and make more new friends this year. My excitement is still at a 10!! I just want to say thanks to you and Bob for everything you've done to make this possible. Jer |

I really appreciate the comments, as I did not want to disappoint all of you, especially when many are coming from a long distance. |

How about taking the Amtrak Auto train to Washington, DC. to meet everyone. Then ride the Blue Ridge Parkway south to Bryson City, NC. Just an idea. |

I really appreciate the ideas I have gotten. However, most of the event has already been put in place. Maybe later this year or next year someone can host an event with some of these ideas!!! I've heard some really good ideas!!! |

TusconJer; would love to meet you in June! We live in Michigan but last year my oldest son moved to Tuscon for a job there. We have been to Tucson twice since then and are going back again in a couple weeks. You are very lucky to live in such a beautiful place. Someday I hope I can drive my Prowler there; maybe stay there for good! I agree that the venue for this year's event doesn't matter, as long as we all get together. I just got my Prowler last year and am looking forward to meeting fellow Prowler lovers. I first met CJ in November and I have no doubt she will make this a world-class event! quote: |

CJ....Please keep me updated on this event. My son is graduating on the 6th of June and we live in Minneapolis. I'm from Grand Rapids, MI originally and will make the trip to be there on the 7th. This is my first Prowler, Kelly and I couldn't love it more! to drive it "home" would be awesome! Count us in for sure! Would be really cool to find someone to pair up with for the cruse to MI..... 2001 Orange ~~CHLDSPT~~ |

Just keep checking in here in the next few months. I won't be posting all the activities (as I'm still working on that) until April or May. Hope you can make it!!!! |
