You need 2 1/2" of spacing to get then to fit, not 1 1/2.. I use Two- 1 1/14" spacers on each side. Had to "gang" them up. Some of the spacers I've used I had to grind down the head of the studs on the inner spacer so the outer spacer would fit over it. I never could find a 2 1/2" single spacer. Here's a link to the ones I use, C125-5450-5450. Hope this helps.. https://www.streetsideauto.com/p/topline-c125-5450-5450/ This message has been edited by 1buddyc on 08-21-2018 at 02:15 PM |

My trailer has 17 in wheels that came on the trailer. What spacers do they take. May as well get this all in one thread. |

quote: Dale, I put the same pair of 1 1/4" Adapters on EACH wheel, just like I described in my above post, on your trailer before you bought it. That is the only way for 17" Prowler Wheels to fit on an Ajax Trailer. That's TWO 1 1/4" adapters ganged up on each side for a total of 2 1/2" of spacing necessary for the 17" AND 20" wheels to fit. This is the exact setup I use on my Red Trailer to mount 17" Prowler Wheels and Runflats. Also the same setup to mount 20" Prowler Wheels and Runflats on my Highboy Trailer. But, the Highboy Trailer didn't have any fenders! This message has been edited by 1buddyc on 08-22-2018 at 04:28 PM |
