Type your text hereI want to add a few horses to my 02 Prowler I've already done some exhaust work & added a cold air intake.I was wondering if anyone has down a PCM or TCM modificationor both and what the thought the results were? |

Chrysler really did not leave anything extra on the table in regards to h.p. You can add the performance gear set for added torque. This is what many other members have done |

I hate to break the bad news to you, but it was pretty well proven that the cold air intake made it worse. That was years ago. You can do a search to find it. |

Ed is 100% correct. There is not a bunch of hidden HP waiting to be unleashed. CAI and exhaust just basically enhances what we have. As for a CAI. I'm not sure if K&N still makes a replacement air filter but that's the best bet. A company, B&G Performance(think they have combined with another company and their name has been changed), is the one to send our ECM's to as they have the Mopar codes to access. BUT....as stated there is only so much that can be done with our Ignition and fuel curves as the factory pretty much has them running at their max potential. |
