It's sad how many of the main streets have turned into "tent cities" riddled with homeless...

Have to ask the question .... why IS that .... are they all displaced Californians? Unexpectedly fallen on hard times? or Found more lucrative to live that way out there than through traditional job, etc. Or are they not even legal residents of this country? Sure is a shame as it detracts from hat has always been great about California - the allure of west coast beauty

The tent cities are here because of the weather. Thank God we don't have around here. They have interviewed many here that live on the streets and most are from back east and they don't want to live in the cold. Plus idiots in California feed & house them. When you go to the National Parks around the U.S., They tell you not to feed the animals as they become dependent on the people that feed them. Well that's exactly what is happening here. They use our tax money to support them. I will admit some need help, But many need a kick in the ass and get a job. There are help wanted signs here everywhere. We see people in their 20s & 30s on the Freeway exits begging for money, yet they have an I Phone. Go figure. Some have been caught begging for money and followed only to find some driving BMWs & Mercedes. They don't call our Governor MOON BEAM for nothing
Thank God he isn't running again as the people here voted this idiot in twice. California passed a law a while back to protect the illegals here. Many are convicted of murder , yet they don't do a thing about immigration here. Pretty sad. And we support them. This state needs to go Republican to clear out this mess.

When "welfare" was first started people had to work for it and they were happy to do it cause it was necessary. Too many young healthy people in this country have become dependent on "handouts" being supported by hard working taxpayer dollars. Make them work for it and see how many remain on the "welfare ranks". I agree change is needed!

Here in California, they have beggars at most freeway exits. They are fine to stand on the sidewalk, but once they step off that sidewalk. the police usually ticket them for stepping out in traffic. There are some that need help mentally & physically, but it just bugs me to see young kids or adults in their 20s & 30s begging. I usually look for their phone or how they are dressed and you can spot most that just are plain lazy. Makes one think that one day these people will be running our country. In Anaheim just outside Angel Stadium, there was a encampment with over a thousand tents. The police finally cleaned them out a few months ago, giving them 6 months in a motel to straighten themselves out. Most didn't and are back on the streets. I don't even want to say what most did to their motel rooms before being forced out after 6 months. Most are able body people who just don't want any responsibility. Then on top of it they were and still are passing out needles for drugs. Help those who are mentally unfit, and move the rest out to the desert.

With some of the worst football being played in OHIO it has taken the lead over Cali for sales and consumption of Old #7. Big spike in Clarksville OHIO sales has pushed the state into the lead...
