Elvis Presley held Roy Orbison in very high regard, publicly stating that Roy had the 'most perfect voice' and referring to Roy as the 'greatest singer in the world' during one of his Vegas concerts. (....I agree with you, Mr Presley.....He was absolutely the "greatest") And listen to what Bruce Springsteen had to say about Roy when he spoke at Orbison's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987.....(listen to the end) "In 1975, when I went into the studio to record "Born To Run", I wanted to make a record with words like Bob Dylan, that sounded like Phil Spector's productions, but most of all I wanted to sing like Roy Orbison...... Now, everybody knows..... that NOBODY..... sings like Roy Orbison.".....Quote by Bruce Springsteen, 1987
