Thanks for posting this info. Others have looked for those parts in the past, with little or no success and used other parts that they had to "adjust" to fit. It might be smart to order an extra set now, before a certain retailer buys them all and offers them for quadruple the price since they are no longer available. |

As much as you guys have helped me (whether u know it or not) it was my pleasure....some of these parts are a pain...I think i may put a spare or 2 up myself ...like i did with the rear rotors... On another note didn't realize they still sell the trailer tub and fenders...not the lid...but lots of other parts for them...not wanting one but thought it was interesting,,,jim |

Thanks for posting. I ordered a set also. I checked mine on both cars and they are in good shape, but having some extras you don't need is always better than needing them and not having them. |

Jim's correct, you have to chip off the originals and then chip off all the epoxy left on the Windshield Header. Couple of tips, install the Guide Pin Hole into the Bezel first, before you install the new Bezel (a LOT easier to get the Guide Pin Hole in that way). Also, it isnt necessary to use Epoxy on your replacement, you can use Silicone Rubber, then fit the Bezels on and bolt the top back down in the front for a couple days until the Silicone cures. If necessary, you can trim off any excess Silicone that oozes out. Be sure and "rough up" the inside of your new Bezel so that whatever adhesive you use can firmly attach to the Header and the Bezel. Finally, this is a job to do in a warm environment, not a cold one if you want your Silicone or whatever adhesive you use to cure properly. bump, in case you missed this during the holidays. This is something you might want to have an extra set, in case of future problems. |

They only show parts for 2001 - 2002. Would these be the same for a 97? |
