Want to ask if anyone would have, or reproduces an original new car window sticker for a '99 Prowler? I am looking for one to display at the shows. I know that the VIN # would be specific, but, that would not matter to me. That can be covered up. I want one just to display for information. As far as options, mine has the CD changer, steering controls, and I don't know what else is an option. It was built 06/99 to be in the time area. I would like one for a red '99 with these options. If anyone could make me a copy of one, or someone have a spare for a red '99? Thanks. Rob '99 red/purple. |

I think that the only option on 99s other than color, would have been the chrome wheels... |

Al is correct, the ONLY option was chrome wheels, which really weren't an option, they changed to chrome and charged an additional $ 1000 and upped the charge for the new colors of paint, $ 1000 also. If you do a search you can find a link. Just type in window sticker and look for the most recent post. |

This sounds great! I will be in touch with him. I have all the info for the car except for the dealer it was delivered to when new, I had bought it used. Any way of finding out the new car dealer? Rob. |

Don made me a couple for my 1999 red Prowler. I had the original that was damaged and he used all the info from my sticker to recreate mine. They are perfect when they're all done. The donation I gave was definitely worth what I got in return. Jer |

1st Prowler Ever I'm not sure if possible to locate the dealer. Maybe someone will know. Check any and all documentation in the car for a clue . Can you get a hold of old owner.??? |

Not familiar with Canadian DMV, but original dealer name would have been listed on MSO used to register car the first time. I also think that a Chrysler dealer could run a vehicle history report which should show the selling dealer |

That may be a good idea to try through the local Chrysler dealer to find the original selling dealer. I never knew of a way to trace private owners of vehicles due to privacy laws I am sure? A few years ago, I heard from the Online Imperial Club that the Chrysler Historical Society was doing a service for about $45. that they would make copies of the original build forms for your vintage Mopar if you would send them your cars info, and a copy of ownership proof (title). But, now it is rumored that they are no longer doing this since Chryslers take over from Fiat. |

I would assume that the early recalls were done by the original owners and there may be a history which Chrysler dealer did the recalls. My guess is it would be the dealer that sold the car new. JMO |
