Someone sent me this prototype to see if there would be any interest.

As shown could be used as shown as a paper weight.
Another option would be welded on a stand.

The size is 10" x 4" x 1/8" steel.
They would be offered in a single color and there could be an option to have the raw steel so you could have your favorite paint shop match your car.

He had thought a price around $20 - $25.

Please let me know what you think.

cool idea and a reasonable price at 20 bucks. Are the high lites cut through also? How's it cut?-flame, water jet? If water, you could cut aluminum if someone wanted?

CA Phil,

The picture is not very good. It appears to have some surface characteristics, but it's difficult to tell from the picture. Could you try again with a better picture?

Also, how is this thing cut from 1/8" steel. Are you using laser, water jet, stamping?? Just curious.

They would come painted or powder coated and not in the car colors but could offer them either painted or not.

I'll take a better picture over the weekend and replace the one that is currently posted. Where you see the lines they are cut through.

The steel is cut by a robot that has a plasma cutter attached.
