Thought you might like to see a new trailer I discovered. Note the cooler. It can carry one sandwich and 96 cans of beer! Keeps all the stuff out of the cat for weekend trips - kitty litter, so to speak. It is well made and has lots of space. |

Looks pretty kool, who is the manufacturer and how much? I'm sure some people would like to have trailer choices. |

Wow...96 cans of beer! Bob Goetz could certainly use one of those on his travels to the Dells next year! |

OK guys, I got the POA a special deal! If you buy a trailer from Cycle Mate and tell them you saw Ed Pettit's pictures on Prowler Online, they will include a custom trailer cover ($75.00) at no charge. And, it is a good deal - I didn't get one! They are really good people and, if my trailer is an example of their work, all their products will be first class. Here is their web address: http://www.cycle-mate.com/ Also including pictures of the inside of the trailer. It has gas shocks on the top. When you unlatch the top it lifts itself open at a controlled pace. Very nice. Price is $1,695.00. The wooden rack is extra. You can order it without tail lights or wheels if you want to do something custom with it. This message has been edited by edsup on 11-03-2004 at 08:38 AM |

Yes Bob, the trailer is excellent. Never know it was behind you. High quality and fits the Prowler hot rod image without costing you $5,000. I am very satisfied. Good luck and thanks for the email response... |

What a great looking trailer! It has a retro look that fits the Prowler perfectly. Love the cooler and wood rack combo. I am going to get one. Free cover too? Very practical and affordable. Thanks for the post. |

Trailer body look's like it was fashioned after a 1966 to 1972 Harley Davidson Police SERVI-CAR Trike body (Three wheeler). HMMMM i have a few of these bodies & its got me thinking, although it would be less expensive just to buy the trailer from Cycle-Mate at that price. toys |

Ordered my trailer! Going to have it painted red to match my Prowler. Also, got it with no lights or wheels. Found a set of aftermarket that pretty much match my Prowler wheels. Love it! Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Never would have known it existed! |

If you are interested in the "original" Prowler trailer wheels, tires, center caps & lug nuts, give me a call. I have a set with 95 miles on them. I changed them out for 17" Prowler front wheels so my billet caps would fit and match the car. Office number 800-669-3540. Thanks. Jay p.s. Ed...your trailer looks great & looking forward to seeing you in a few days at the Turkey Run!! |
