What happens when you mix a Plymouth Prowler with a Smart and a squeeze of Lamborghini Diablo?

Now, that would be a cool vehicle, at least for the european market, not really for here though !

I've seen those "Smart-mobiles" (the "regular" ones) and IMO they are the butt-ugliest vehicles on earth - after the Pacer !

Anyway, cool idea Orange !!

That's what the 'Smart' looks like - I would have called it:

P.O.C (Piece of crap) or
T.O.W. (turd on wheels)

but of course, I wasn't asked !

butchcee - You got that right. That, in my useless opinion was the worlds most "butt ugly" piece of transportation.

I agree, these vehicles are not to my taste, there are just plain ugly.

They are beginning to import these into Canada next month (still not approved in the US). They have a couple on the roads around here - they certainly turn the heads. I think they are "cutsie" for a micro car - certainly a lot better looking than any of the other really really small cars (Toyota Echo, etc). The kids around here are fanatical about these - they think they are the coolest cars going - body panels pop off and can switch colors in minutes - convertible option - can park sideways in a parking spot.

Look at the website www.smart.com and you can see they are certainly gearing these to the young crowd.

Drove one two years ago at a micro car show in Madison GA. It was fun around the farm, Double Bubble acres. Not sure I'd put it on a real highway.

That thing looks like it belongs on the golf course only. It would be ran over on our high speed freeways here.

I dont like our Smart" cars. They have less driving comfort than a Prowler (think about it ) , but some have better performance as a Prowler.

I may be a lttle weird. I kind of like some of them. I'm not sure I would feel safe in one however. Butchcee that is my pick for the ugliest car on the road.
