Where have most of you gone to have the suspension taken apart and put back together? How much did the labor cost you? I want to get it all chromed by Gary, but don't know if I should take it to the dealer to take it apart and put it back together. I talked to one place, they said $750. Let me know, Wes.

I did all myself and only had to pay to have realign. No big deal if you have space to allow car to set on stands for awhile.I had control arms and other alum items poished and remaining pieces chromed.Gary provided chrome caliphers-stainless brake hoses-drilled rotors. The only problem I had was finding someone to align since local dealer said with wide tires car would not fit on their rack.I did find a local shop who did a four wheel align $120.00 + tax.I did seal all work with Zoop sealer,$129.00 for kit and have enough left over for about three more jobs,Hope this helps.

You need to talk with Jay Harris. Jay@yellercat.com 800-669-3540 Jay is in your area and can help you with having your suspension polished. Looks as good and is much less $$$

My question is, who has chrom suspension on for a wile, or some 1000+ miles. Does the chrome stay on the front susp.???? Polished might look not so shiny, but it can not damage the susp. & Aluminum.
I got problems with my chrom parts on my bike after 3 years.
