I was looking on ebay, they have remote start systems for $30 to $100. Then I thought, if I must get an extra remote, then I should get a kit that can raise and lower the windows by remote as well.

Does anyone know of an easy install kit that will have a remote start and window up/down feature? More importantly, does anyone know of a kit or manufacturer that has a system with remote start and remote windows that allows the new remotes to recognize the OEM door lock/unlock feature? That way, one remote operates all the functions.

I have such a system installed...DEI is the company..Hornet model 554...with remote start....window roll up upon lock, intrusion,perimeter invasion sensors...700 bucks fully installed...must be professionally installed..

Check on internet for Directed Electronics..

That is a key. Find a professional to insatll that will back up thier work. My car came (bought used on ebay)with a $900 alarm system with remote start, feature that would row the windows up automatically when you set the alarm (if you programmed it that way) and a programable remote. The remote strater wiring caused the car to not start at all on several occassions. Having bought the car used,the shop that installed the alarm was many, many hours away.
