What a perfect day to take the cat out in Texas. High of 65 with nothing but sun shine. Tonight the hot tub & a tall drink of jack & coke. ------------------ |

I never hear from you warm weather guys when its over a 100, Humid and your in a drought!!! Your throats are dry, skin is sunburn, and you have to stay inside all day because you'll get heat stroke!! You can't drive your Kats with top down its so hot, your kat over heats,Good thing air conditioner works. More hardtops in Warm climates then the Cold?? Its 10` out now but im inside because i'm smart, have bad ankles and have you ever seen a 350 lb man in a Ski parka!!ice skating!!Michelin Tire guy ring a Bell!!!Pillsbury dough Boy??? ------------------ |

CT - The high temps aren't that bad,,,,,it's a dry heat here, lol. I have sheepskins in the cat, so I do run with top down on most summer days, and after the sun goes down it's heaven on earth. No sunburn, tanning in moderation,,,no farmer skin here. Hardtops? I hardly ever see one unless I'm at an out of state event! I think those were invented for people who can't accept afew drops of rain water leaking onto their pant leg. Although I'll admit they look nice, of no use in Az. BTW - you said it: your smart and STAYING INSIDE TODAY. We will be out Prowlin' in the sun with the TOP DOWN. Maybe you can go out to the garage and just look at your cats and,,,,,,,,,,,,wish you were in AZ today, lol. ------------------

That is because you are not paying attention!!! With the new radiator from Evans cooling it's no problem in the heat. In fact during the summer going for a drive with the top down and the A/C on is great fun, and the best time of the year in Texas. This time of the year is just a bonus. ------------------ |

It is sunny here, but the temp is 18 degrees. Too much salt on the road to take the kat out, but I did go out to the garage and look at it today. |

Going to be 55 and sunny today. While it's not Friday going to give the kat a bath and then go for a short ride. Life can still be good during the winter especially on days like this. |

quote: Ac- I completly agree. Out here in the sun of New Mexico, We may have a variation in temperature in the summer of 20 or 30 degrees, the desert does cool down. I am from Mich, and summer heat 95 morning, 95 at night. We have a spanish custom out here (siesta), thats when its over 100 degrees we just stay inside and relax usually between 2 and 4 .Oh well, I guess we will go for a ride with the top down. The only salt we have out here is on our tacos not the street. I remember in Detroit in the summer, 95degrees, 95% humidity, sweat sweat sweat. Now its 110 degrees, 15% you add it up. ------------------ More 'Pumpkin' photos . . . . . More cars and other stuff New pictures in Personal Scrapbook (02/23/03) |
