My Mopar contact has sent me a list of the last of the Prowler accessory inventory that shows in the system. The only items they will continue to produce will be the splash guards (front and rear) and the universal (silver only) floor mats. If you need any of these accessories, now is the time to buy. Contact your local dealer for ordering.

Part #82208101 - Floor Mat - Universal (silver only, set of 2) - Qty. 28

Note #1 - This is the same bag included with the purchase of the car cover, but also sold separately. It is designed to store both the car and trailer covers. Has purple Prowler logo. Can also be used as luggage, storage, etc.

Note #2 - These are original steel trailer wheels that were released May 13, 1996. They are 15 x 7 deep-dish reversed black wheels for the trailers. They had spoked wheel covers that looked like the wheels that are presently on the Prowlers.

Yes, Andy it is and it has the same logo in purple embroidered on it as does the car cover. Even though the original picture from the accessory brochure does not show the purple logo on the car cover, it is there!!

I have no idea why these dealers seem to have such a problem. My Mopar contact is not a parts guy from a dealership. He is a Manager, Mopar Division and the person who orders the Mopar parts. He is also the one who has been assisting us and re-ordering parts and building more trailers. I would assume that he knows what he is talking about.

With regard to the silver mats (universal for Prowler now), he showed 28 sets in inventory. I suppose they could have sold out quickly, but these are one of the items that will be continued. All the dealer has to do is to place the order and it will get filled. I was also told that some of these items were being transferred into the system, so perhaps the system isn't totally up-to-date yet. I have put another call into him and awaiting a response.

As soon as I hear from him I will call someone and ask them to post a response to this as I will be in Niagara and without a computer.

Ron...........just another thought. Please check with your dealer to make sure he was looking for the correct part number. The number for the original Silver mats (discontinued) is different than the number they are using for the universal silver mats (only thing available now).

There is no difference in the mat themselves. Same mat, same logo, but done in silver only as a universal color to coordinate with all the Prowler car colors. Don't know why they gave it a different part number, but they did. I guess it is an internal parts thing...........

The mats I have seen lately all have a hole in the lower right corner of the drivers mat. My silver '97 mats do not have this hole. So, a difference DOES in fact exist. I was wondering if there were other differences as well. Which mats are these that are available, and are the ones without the hole still available? I'm trying to find a set identical to what I have now, if they're still around.
