You ever get on the board see something interesting and later try to go back and find it? Well I seem to be doing this a lot, can anyone direct me to one place on this board.

1) Where do I locate on the Prowler what # it is in production for the year.

Thanks Everyone, I'm new at this with The Prowler...
Chris

I think the closest you are going to get is the month date and hour, on the drivers door MDH... as the prowler shared sequence #s with the viper. You may want to go to owners registry to see where your serial # fits in the whole scheme of builds. Hope this helps alittle Mike

Cris, You have one of the best opportunities to locate your kat in the run. Orange was the last of the plymouths. I'm told the VON number will tell you where in the run of oranges you are (or at least as close as you can get). Add that to the total production of all cars prior and you have it. Not quite like a good sequence number but that is about the best I have been able to get. I still don't understand why DC cannot provide this information from their data base. Somebody knows which cars are prowlers and which are vipers.

PS: nice choice of colors If I do say so my self

I've been searching for over a year and I haven't found it either.. Let me know when you find it..

Joking aside, hardly anyone knows which production # prowler they have.

Some (not all) of the hand-painted pin stripes were numbered.

You can go to the owner's registry (http://www.prowleronline.com/ownreg/listprowler.php) and perform various sorts.... This may help give you an idea. Roughly 10% of the Prowler population is registered on that page.

Without getting complete set of factory info direct from CAAP (Conner Avenue Assembly Plant), I doubt you will ever know.

All I know about mine (from the MDH) is that it was built in the first two weeks of the '02 production year.

One more little bit of info to make it MORE confusing. The number on the Black Ties and Mulhollands were probably not numbered in the exact order of build. Dr. RU probably was pinstriping them in the shipment room and just going down the line. Because it is number 33 does not necessarily mean it was produced after number 32 or immediately prior to number 34. This is just my opinion. I do not know that for a fact, Jack!

I called my dealer and asked them if they could help me find out what number mine was. He called the factory with my VIN # and within about 15 minutes called me back with the info. I got it in writing. I'm sure the factory doesn't want a birrage of calls for that, but you might give it a try.

I beleive Ed is right. Dr. Ru just numbered in order of his work in no relation to the order manufactured.
