I was reading some archives and there seems to be a need for these. I found a Chrysler related site to order new '99 owners manuals. They are only $6. I have seen them on ebay for like $30-$35. Once you go here, plug in what you are looking for in the top 2 boxes and click Find. Then when the list comes up, go to page 2 and you'll find them. Part #81-026-9906.
