I was able to buy a hardtop from someone in the POA and I must say, I believe it to be the best Mod I have done to any of the Kats. The quality is superb and it makes the car quiet and feel like a different car. Glad I got it before the long trip to Key West. Should make it more enjoyable! Has anyone made a stand when you take off the top? Mine did not come with one, I was thinking of either buying one or trying to make one, any suggestions would be appreciated! Mike

The car looks sharp. I've never heard of a stand for the top, but its a good idea. To me it looks like a little more headroom... Is there?

The top has at least 2 inches more headroom but the biggest plus is that it is quiet! in the car now at 60 MPH.
Prowler thank you for the link, If anyone has a pic of the TGF stand could you please post! thanks Mike

Thanks Prowler on suggesting our stand, I really think it will work and the price is right.

Sorry I don't have any pictures of mine.
Go to www.metalcrafters.com/shop/prowler_products.html
My stand came with my Prowler. If not, I'm not sure I
would of spent $200.00 for it. It does come in handy.
Once you get into the website and the stand....
click "View Detailed Specs" Good Luck! .....Ransom

Mike, The hardtop looks great on your Kat, there was a post some time ago about checking the stands rubber chushions or something. If the cushions are missing or off location you can chip the paint, you might want to find that post before you put your top in the stand.
