Have any of you washed your Prowler car cover? If so, how did you clean it? Thanks.

One of our cats sprayed ours, so I washed it with mild soap in a big bucket then hung it out to dry on the fence around the pool. Dried fairly quickly and then put it back on the car. Came right out and looks like new. Tami

If you look on the inside of the cover, there is a tag with cleaning instructions. You can use a commercial laundromat washer without the agitator and hang dry.

Washed it with Ivory soap and water and dried it over some ladders. Never knew it was washed. Compared it to my other cover for the 2001. Couldn't tell the difference.

I got a cover with my recent Prowler purchase and it was in need of cleaning. I did use the laundromat oversize front-load washers. Dried it in the dryer on LOW - stopping it to open up the ball it would roll into -- just long enough to take out a lot of the moisture. Draped it over my patio table and chairs and let it dry the rest of the way. Perfect!

I wash then in gentle soap, rinse twice then line dry! You're right guys, can't even tell they've been washed, but very fresh and clean!!
