Whealy, I got a phone call from the boss and had to take care of that in the meantime. I did list Indiana. CJ, you are nearby but since it is in southern KY, you are not NEAR nearby. GA is closer than you at that point. You are going to VA that weekend so I dodged another bullet. I cannot go to Somerset on Friday due to my H.S. reunion golf outing that morning and a stag after the football game that night. That is also one reason, among several that we could not do the Blue Ridge Pkwy. I highly recommmend that trip, though. We had a blast last year. |

Wait a minute, Ed..........doesn't your event thread state that the date is Saturday, Sept 28? VA isn't until Oct. 5-6 and CTC is after that........how would I be missing it?  |

CJ, no, that is how I got it screwed up. It is a different golf outing (annual event) on the 5th and I was finally putting events on my pocket planner book. I knew I had the golf outing that week-end, just wrong week-end. There is some family stuff, too, Alley Cat, I just can't sneak my DEG (dyslexic GED) past you, can I? It is the 60 year re-union. lol. Our mascot is a purple panther for real. Our high school was named one of the top 10 places to watch a h.s. football game. That is also for real. Last year at the playoffs there were over 48,000 for a double header. I just like the golf. |
