Ok... I'm a nice guy. But you know what.. I still was a little uneasy with it. But her car had to go into the shop for some warrenty issues. I told her to go ahead and use the Prowler while it was in. Well it was supposed to be a couple days... well it turned into 5. Let me say this... she is awesome! I mean I knew that already but I was amazed. She washed the car 3 times in 5 days... She hasnt washed her T/A 3 times since new (Thats my job). She even vacumed out the inside too. She loves the Kat so much, she said she didnt want to let it get ragged at all. It took me by surprise. I thought I would be a nervous wreck the whole time... but after the 1st day... no problem. She can use it any time she wants (within reason LOL).
Do any of you let your wife or significant other use your Prowler? And what was/is the result?

Racer X........

I am female and my two cats were gifts from my husband. He does not want to drive either of them. I offer, but he says that they were gifts to me.......they are my cars and I should be the one experiencing the enjoyment. He gets to drive a lot of different vehicles (it's not that he doesn't like the Prowlers) and he was the one that always got to drive..........now he says it's my chance!!! He does the major wax job in the spring and fall (before it goes into storage), but I maintain the cats the remainder of the time.

Hey....I've even washed A/C's cat, detailed Marc S. cat and cleaned a years worth of grime off of John S. wheels!!!

Oh, yeah, tell your girlfriend not to wash it so often or you're going to be doing a lot of re-waxing! lol!

I never thanked you and Bob for that either. You guys have not only provided the most expensive tow but also the most expensive detail job in POA history to my benefit. I will be forever in you guys debt. Thank you!!

My wife has her own set of keys and knows that she can take it whenever she wants. However she rarely does. It it wasn't for her income combined with mine I would not be able to own a Prowler. I slip and call it mine too often. It is really Our Prowler. And she loves it as much as I do.

My wife and both my sons drive the Prowler. I agree with Rich, I call it my car a lot, but it is really our car.

Rebecca only drove the KAT twice before driving it to Colorado in June. Now she has also taken it to Lancaster. She has a set of keys. but since it is my daily driver, it's not home much for her to drive.

My 19 year old son has driven it on about a half dozen occasions and my (almost) 17 year old daughter thinks she should get to drive it every weekend.

Bob..........you're welcome! At least it was the sprinklers and not a downpour!!!

A/C.............hey! I washed your cat........what more do you want? Marc got his detailed 'cause he ran out of time before the reception. Couldn't have a dirty cat on display, now could we? GPS John got his wheels cleaned ONLY because I couldn't stand seeing a year's worth of brake dust on them. As it was, I wasn't even able to get it all off! However, he did show up at Woodward with much cleaner wheels (probably hasn't driven the cat since I cleaned them)! Besides......I'm a full-service event hostess! lol!
