Wow, what a great cause..... I'll go my age, $115 even though I really want the straight line model. It's a good cause and I am sure this item will probably end up being sold to Mike for his Electric Blue Prowler for over $2,000! Gotta run as it is Saturday and time for my surfing marathon at the nude beach. Scot This message has been edited by Scot Stern on 08-17-2002 at 11:47 PM |

Eric- My cover arrived Friday, chrome with Squiggled slots. Let me say that I'm very impressed with the quality. Looking at the pictures, I assumed that it was just stamped sheet metal. Boy was I wrong! This thing is thick steel and Heavy!. Installation is simple (even for me), and it looks great. Those of you bidding need to run the price up. You will be pleased with the investment, and look at the great cause it goes towards! Thanks again Eric, that was Mod Money well spent! ------------------ |

I also received mine (polished stainless with straight slots) last week and was very pleasently surprised as to thickness of the steel. This thing is solid, well made and should last a lifetime. And it looks fantastic. |
