Could someone please direct me to a good source
for mud guards for the front wheels of my
Yellow 2002 Prowler? What kind of pricing
should I expect?

You should be able to order these from your dealer. The mud guards are one of the accessory items that were re-stocked by DC.

Mud Flaps, Front Mopar 82203235 One pair of front mud flaps

Note: Be sure to use Locktite on the bolt threads to prevent mudflaps from vibrating loose.

A pair of front guards will cost you around $38, use the green Locktite.

Lyndon:
My dealer was of little help. You probably have a better dealer in your area.
I got my front ones from Real Rod and my back ones from Car Nuts. Both have links on this site.

Good luck!

Replacing the nuts that come with the flaps with 6mm nylon
stop nuts (NyLocks) and SS fender washers works better
than LocTite IMHO.
