This is my own poll!
What was the most discussed topic on this forum in the first two years?
1. Which color is best?
2. Mudflaps, trim them or leave them alone? Are they available? Is there glue in one of the slots?
3. Sunvisors, remove the sticker or remove the visor?
4. Bumpers, remove them, paint them or leave them alone?
5. Fixxum, will he spell his name right?
6. What music is in your CD?

7. Will GaryC ever get his car on the road?
8. Will GaryC ever get his car on the road, the sequel?
9. Should they keep making Prowlers or stop now? Moot point!
10. Will our cars go up in value? How much will they be worth?
Please vote as often as you like since this is an unofficial poll. If I win the contest and the T-shirt I will send it to Alley Cat's only friend, StArFLaMe. Which brings up the question, where the h3ll are you?
These are topics that were bandied about but lost out:
If I am with Dave Mills will I automatically get a senior citizen discount? No, since you will look so much younger standing next to him. They think Brenda is his daughter and that is why she likes him.
Is Alley Cat's hair a wig? No, who would buy a wig that looks like that?
Was Ed really a PR man? Yes, absolutely.
Sorry they did not make the final cut.

What would Scooby Do?

Totally stock, except for the modifications.

I vote for number ?? Is Alley Cat's hair a wig. Check with STAR & The Enquire for the inquiring mind and they will be checking into this one, believe it will be next months headline. And believe it or not FixuMM did spell the above memo right, his class does work>>>

My hair is real,,,,,,,,,Ed, eat your heart out.

Missing topic question:

Should I spend $440 on chroming the front grill, or use the ALLEY CAT CHROME GRILL TREATMENT SYSTEM and only spend $10 plus mail AlleyCat $10 more for the idea?

FLASH////NEWS UPDATE, 08-01-02
Alley Cat is now requesting all users of the Chrome Grill Treatment System to mail their $10 user fee to the POA headquarters in Houston. The donors and official users will get a 'ghost AC' stamp on their avatar.

errr...about #6. I guess as a crucial Newbie mistake, I posted a thread that everyone is sick of by now.

Just like my other message board..there are some newbie questions that infuriate the vets.

I hate being a Newbie. It's Like learning to walk all over again.

BT161,

What the **** are you talking about? If it's the:

"What 6 CD's are in your changer right now?"

that was a VERRY successful post, just look at the numbers - you just need to change your rating system.

You fit in here very well, and only after one week.

Welcome.

-GRROWL

(again, this place is only half serious - the first half of a post is serious, then it degenerates to @#$^%&).

BT 161, I was not taking a potshot at you. The amazing thing is that if you wait a month and post a new thread about the music, or the bumpers, or the sunvisors it will still get at least 30 responses. Everyone still posts to them even though we have gone over it numerous times. Again, I was not slamming you. I apologize if you were offended and took it personally.

Hard to say what the most active subject is, but I think the most viewed picture is that infamous picture of Ed on his motorcycle!

I gave it to him. I had it for awhile but I thought it looked too bad to wear, personally. He seemed happy to have it. Of course, that was back when he was out of work. I felt like I had to help him when he was down. lol. I especially didn't care for the chin strap.

Ed - The point is that the motorcycle picture seems to keep popping up in the posts. I have seen it numerous times. And for some reason, it has a life of it's own, popping up whenever and where ever. I certainly think this fits in with the thread theme of "The most discussed topic ever".

If you felt there was some snide or insidious comment beyond what I have mentioned above, let me assure you that none was intended.

Sunbird, note the lol behind the comment. I was not even slightly offended. Since I tend to put out a lot of grief, I also have to take some now and then. We knew the 4th of July outfits were outrageous but it was good for a laugh (one that keeps on coming back) Truly, I was not offended at all, and I am sorry you thought I was upset.
And if you think the picture is funny, you ought to see Mike Gatlin's tape. He went WAAAAY overboard on that one.

Glad to know that, Ed. Sometimes on forums it is possible to read a message in a completely different tone than it was written. I was concerned that I had offended you.

P.S. I've been known to do real silly things at times, too. Dang - there is always someone around who will remind me (and anyone within earshot) of the silly moment. And continue to remind me for more years than eternity!
