I love this site, I am the proud owner of Black Tie #136.I've had it for 5 months now and have 800 miles on it.I dont drive it to often cause I am afraid something or someone will hit me. Most of the miles on it is from giving my friends a ride.

Barbara - welcome to POA. Hopefully you will get over your fear and have some fun driving your KAT. You may want to think about joining a bunch of us in Lancaster, PA in a couple of weeks. Details in the events section.

It will give you a chance to meet a lot of Prowler Owners from your area and see a number of KATS.

Happy Prowling

Barbara - Welcome to the POA! See how easy that was to register and make a post! You have to get that cat out for some driving time,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and as Marty said, attend the upcoming event. You can cruise there with some other cat owners, and I can assure you, that you will have a great time and meet some really great people.

Thanks again for becoming a part of the association and

ENJOY THE RIDE

Welcome to POA

now get over the fear and get the cat out and enjoy it. I would highly recommend the Lancaster event to get to meet other owners and learn more about your car.

Barbara,
I am the official POA physician although few people know this. I cannot come to your state for your POA physical , as the orderlies here at the institute don't let me out much. Perhaps if you would post a dozen or so nude pictures here on the web page I can evaluate you electronically!! Ah, yes the miracles of modern science.
PS. If any of your attractive girl friends would like a freebie exam I would be delighted. No, don't thank me..your pictures are thanks enough.

Welcome aboard Barb. I think you'll find you'll get more enjoyment out of your Kat by driving it than looking at it in the garage. I know I do.

Welcome to the POA. You'll get more enjoyment the more you drive it. It's as simple as that.

Hi Barbara and welcome to POA!!! Ditto the others and drive your KAT, don't deny yourself the pleasure it will bring you! Also, please join us in at the Prowlancaster event. Meeting other owners is the best (well, almost) part of owning a Kat. We're driving all the way from Louisville, KY cause we want to see old friends and meet new ones.

Hello Barbara.......

Congratulations on your and welcome to the POA! It's great to see more women posting. This is a great site with great people!

Don't be afraid to drive your cat. I find that people tend to really respect the car and even though they want to see it and gawk a bit, they keep their distance. I find that people will always let me into traffic more readily (like when you are pulling out of a parking lot or driveway, etc.......)....guys especially do this. You just need to drive defensively......like when you drive any other car. Don't let that stop you from enjoying your car. I drive mine EVERY chance I get, especially because we have a shorter season to drive it.

Barbara,

CJ is right!!! Drive it! Love it... Take her out & open her up or just for a slow cruise! It's not about the destination, but the journey. That is so true with the Kat... If someone hits you just let me know... I will take care of them for you...
Where exactly is Gretna NJ??? I will also put you on our contact list so we can keep you updated on our events & gatherings... We can all get together for a cruise and protect you from all sides Nobody will screw with a pack of Kats People tend to keep back & enjoy the whole picture & don't get too close... Many people don't want to take the chance in getting too close...
I don't know if you are familiar with the ProwLancaster event next weekend... It will be a great time & great event to meet many Kat owners in surrounding states... Don't know offhand if all spots are filled, but check it out... http://www.prowleronline.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/000510.html

I can relate to giving friends a ride... My neighbors kids are always asking me for a ride weather the Kat is out or not... I have a total of 14 kids living around me ages 2-12... They can't even see out of the Kat either they just look up. I charge them by letting them help me wash the Kat. They are always very respectful & careful & besides... Their hands can get into the tiny spots

The best of luck with the new addition to the family & welcome.

WildBill

Does this have to do with that "40 cents between them" thing again??? By the way, obviously Barbara has taste... She did not pick red!!!
