Arrived back in StLouis at 7:30pm on 6/10, 13 hrs and 853 miles. Had a really strong cross-wind the entire day, thus I spent most of it in the next lane.

Special thanks to all those involved with the planning.

Westminister, CO to Chandler, AZ; ~880 miles, 13.5 hours. I could've made it quicker but had to stop to buy fireworks in New Mexico!

Got home about 3:00 pm this afternoon with Cnote & Lewis E. Took it nice and easy on the way home. Had dinner with Laddie & Karen in Amarillo last night. I guess the best part of CO was seeing & meeting all the new owners. I would think that almost 1/2 the people were probably new. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and so were the people. I think I have seen every modification that can be made to a Prowler now. Jody & I would do it again tomorrow. Thanks to all who took time to make this event the GREAT success.

Back to Rapid City, SD in 6.5 hrs (following speed limits--we know the WY smokies). Cruising the Rockies was absolutely awesome. Saw old friends and made a lot of new ones. Thank you so much Marc, Alex, CJ and Laddie and JPS John and all the others who helped out (thanks for the blocking and the pictures, David!). To everyone out there: Come with us on a tour, local or long distance. You will have the time of your life! Kats are meant to be driven.

Arrived in Columbus at 12:30 am Wednesday am. Traveled back with my parents, GPS John, Phil Genet, and the Wares. Shortly after St. Louis, Rich and Linda Ware and GPS John split off. John called on the cell phone about a half hour later to let us know he was driving in torrential rains and it was headed in our direction. We picked up the pace and kept ahead of the storm....for a while. Two trucks collided on I-70 Eastbound and had traffic backed up for miles. We sat on the interstate for 2 hours and never moved! Needless to say the rain caught us along with one of the nastiest electrical storms I've seen in a long time. We all made it home safely but the car is a mess. We had a blast in Colorado, glad to be home so I can rest up a little! Thanks to Mark, Laddie, CJ, Alex and the rest of the crew for an outstanding event.

What a wonderful trip. Got home Tuesday evening at 9:30 PM.
Driving time was 24 hours and I drove 2453 km (1472 miles) back home to Canada with a stopover Monday evening. The drive was pleasant with sunshine most of the way. I travelled more on this trip, in my Kat, then since July 2000 when I purchased it. When I left for Colorado I had only 4638 km (2783 miles) on the car, now I have 10718 km (6431 miles). I will be driving this special vehicle a lot more.

It was a pleasure to meet so many nice people and put a face to the names you see on this site. Special thanks to all the organizers of this event who put so much time and effort in ensuring such a success. I look forward to net year's event.

Thanks to everyone for one Bodacious time...

Ron and I arrived home around 2:30 p.m. Wed. - tired but happy! It was a great trip - enjoyed old friends and new ones. The scenery was awesome! Thanks to all the organizers - I know that was a lot of hard work!Still have 1 suitcase of "unworn clothes" and 1 suitcase of stuff for the washer. Ron's muscles ache from lugging those suitcases around. When will we do Mt. Evans again?? I was thinking about opening my eyes next time! Sue Clark

The Ware's arrived home 2:30 PM Wed aftrenoon. We have logged a total of 5,212 miles on the Kat this trip. That is normally a years worth of miles. The weather all the way home was great and unlike to trip going out west, was uneventful. We relly enjoyed cruising to ST Louis with Ron and Sue, Steve, Phil and GPS John. It was like extending the event a couple more days.

Arrived home ~10:00pm last night after a 1155mi cruise from the Westin. Glad that I was able to cruise home with Ron, Sue, Steve, John, Rich & Linda. That extended my event to 8 days of cruising with Prowlers, as I was able to cruise out with Rebecca & Kimberly.
Great seeing and meeting everyone.
There is no more fun than when you get a bunch of kat owners together!
Safe cruising to everyone until we meet again.

All the miles were great, I had some friends ask how the heck I was going to "make it" in the Prowler for such a haul. Well let me tell you, I could drive around the country. Can we have the next one really far away, like Cali? I will be there as long as Fred leads the way! Are there plans for a full scale national event for next year?

Back in Scottsdale on Tuesday night at 9 PM.
I didn't count the miles as we took a couple of side trips.
Pueblo to Durango to Farmington NM on Monday.
Farmington NM to Canyon de Chelly then Scottsdale on Tuesday.
