Let me try and answer before you get lit up for your post ! Just a case of a rookie helping out a rookie. Anyway, shimmers vary in “color” and are add on’s to specific portions of your cat. The most common is the placing of a shimmer in the indentation on the rear bumper (both if you have the Plymouth version) that spells Prowler but there are several types. They have great service. I had a defective “letter” in my first attempt and they took care of me. Take a look at http://www.prowleronline.com/goldcoast.html for more information. They are listed in the Prowler Accessory Vendor section. |

whealy and BigBoy, First of all welcome...and no, there isn't a dumb question or lack of questions that haven't been asked before. whealy, there is hope for you yet!...good answer and right to the point. This much better than a reply from AlleyCat or Ed Monahan who probably would have asked for money first. This is POA at its finest! Friends helping Friends Either of you going to the Louisville KY event with Fixumm? ------------------ This message has been edited by MeanGene on 05-06-2002 at 12:38 PM |

MeanGean, I’m undecidede about Louisville. I’ve just had my cat for about three weeks and don’t have any capacity yet for taking a trip in it. As in no trailer of weekender. Luckily my parents live in Southern Indiana and always enjoy spending time with my children. I’ll be pulling this together at the last minute if I go. I haven’t even had a chance to take Wildcat up on his offer to go crusin in Indy yet! |

Whealy, we do not want weak excuses, (or even GOOD excuses). Put your clothes in small plastic bags and stuff them under and behind the seats. You can get a little bit in the trunk, also. Seriously, I hope you can make it to Louisville so we all can meet you. ------------------ |

Come on down....to Louisville. We are getting closer to the 50 Prowler mark plus a bout 1/2 dozen Vipers and at least 1 Superbird so far. Everthing is casual so you don't need a lot of stuff!!
Happy Prowling

quote: Guys, guys, you don't need luggage space to travel. Ship via UPS or USPS a box to event co-ordinator, containing the extra clothes and items you might need for the time there. Then pack your cat with one fold-over garment bag and one med. size leather travel bag in the trunk along with extra shoes and junk filling in the open areas. BONUS TIP: Take minimum amount of underware, get three days out of each pair: See how easy this is? There are NO dumb questions here at the POA,,,,,,,,,,,unless asked by Ed M. Feel free to ask questions and add your input to any ongoing discussion forum topic at any time. ------------------ |
